QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Question: How many homeless people do you plan on enrolling in your programs in the first year?

Answer: after our first launching pad is in its fourth month of operation we plan to start a minimum of
six pads per month in our first community of neighborhoods. That’s schedule should allow us a total of between 250 and 300 of our homeless friends to permanently step from the streets into permanent
housing.

Question: how much will it cost to place a homeless person in your program and graduate them to permanent housing?

Answer: our initiatives are all based on teaching our friends to be completely self-sufficient. The direct
costs allocated for each of our friends to leave the streets and move into permanent housing is $1,226.
based on possible donations of non-cash items the total could be as low as $786 per friend. see Life

Question: how do you plan to fund your organization?

Answer: our neighborhood business sponsors will be the driving force behind our funding. We plan to
develop a significant number of corporate sponsors and private donors as well. We will be sustainable
through our neighborhood resource center and our many entrepreneurial business partners with our
independent thinking graduated friends.

Question: why does your organization think your programs will work when so many others have failed?

Answer: because we have spent the last four years researching over 100 US cities going back 20 years,
and 10 different countries. We have developed an understanding of what works and what does not
work. What works is the core of our program.
