Wanting a repeat of our Thanksgiving Dinner Event of serving 186 members of the Lake City Community—we set out to repeat the success on Christmas.
We did not anticipate the other programs in the area who were also providing meals for those in need in the community…. but with perseverance, we managed to get out 160 meals to those who were walk ups and various locales throughout the Lake City area—- since May 9th, Bounceback has served over 4900 free meals.
We also served Christmas Dinner the Wednesday prior to Christmas Day to 52 families in need—a total of 210 meals—for a grand total of 370 christmas dinners served
